Avigrain Cockatiel Blue is a premium, Australian-made seed blend designed as a staple diet for cockatiels and other small parrots, focusing on a mix of canary seed, white millet, and limited sunflower seeds to prevent obesity.
Ingredients:
Canaryseed, White French Millet, Grey Striped Sunflower (limited to 10%), Jap Millet, Panorama, Shirohie Millet, Safflower and Hulled Oats.
Directions:
Offer the mix daily in a clean, dry seed dish. While the mix can be provided freely, it is important to monitor intake and adjust quantities to ensure your bird maintains an ideal weight, as a pure seed diet can be high in fat. Ensure clean, fresh water is available at all times. For a balanced, healthy diet, it is highly recommended to supplement the seed mix with fresh vegetables, fruits, and calcium sources like cuttlebone.
